The Tiffin Girls’ School PE department offers a wide range of extra-curricular opportunities for students to participate in every day of the week.
We encourage every student to take part in at least one extra-curricular club a year, as we believe this will help foster independence and resilience and enhance their physical, emotional, and social skills whilst leading healthy and active lifestyles.
We offer recreational and competitive clubs in a variety of different sports at both lunchtime and after-school sessions. We have over 75 different sports teams competing in hundreds of fixtures each year. We compete against a range of schools, including those locally to us and also top sporting schools in London and Surrey.
As well as competing against other schools, many students will also represent the school at borough and county level in netball, badminton, volleyball, table tennis, football, hockey, tennis, athletics, rugby, rounders, rowing, cross country, dance, gymnastics, and cricket.
Students in the older year groups are encouraged to lead their own clubs at lunchtime, such as badminton, dance, and table tennis club. Additionally, many of our sports leaders assist the PE department at hockey, netball, football clubs and run the interhouse programme throughout the year.
Fixture dates are listed in the calendar which can be found in here.
