PSA Christmas Fair Sunday 7 December 1.00 to 3.00pm
We look forward to seeing you at the Fair. Money raised will support this year’s fundraising goals, including the resurfacing of the Astro turf.
The PSA is already busy planning and is very excited for a fantastic afternoon. Year 7 forms will be selling their wonderful creations, and there will be food and drink, games, sporting challenges, craft stalls, books, tombolas, and a second-hand uniform sale. We would love your support – there are lots of ways to get involved.
Christmas Fair Donations
Our three popular tombolas – Chocolates, Beauty, and Bottles – are back again this year. We would be very grateful for donations of chocolates, soft drinks, toiletries, and beauty items. Alcoholic drink donations are also welcome, but must be delivered by parents. We are also collecting books of all kinds. Donations can be dropped off in the school foyer between 8.00 and 8.30am, from Thursday 27 November to Friday 5 December.
Volunteers Needed
We need volunteers to help run stalls and activities on the day. If you can spare an hour, please sign up using the volunteer sheet
Calling All Bakers!
We welcome donations of cakes and baked goods on the day. These may be homemade (please label ingredients clearly) or shop-bought. Please indicate your contribution on the same signup sheet.
Raffle
Our ever-popular Christmas Raffle is back. We’re seeking donations of gift items such as chocolates, wine, memorabilia, retail vouchers, experience vouchers, and more. If you would like to donate a small amount of money instead, this is also welcome. To donate, please contact any committee member or email [email protected]. On the Day
Please do come along and support the event. You can purchase tokens in advance here and collect them on arrival, or buy them on the day. Both cash and card payments are accepted.
