We were delighted to see alumnae from each decade going back to the 1940s at our recent TOGA reunion. Current sixth form students served a tea of cakes and savoury snacks, while the Year 9 music students provided the musical accompaniment. Tours of the school were offered with the Rivermead building and drama studio, a new addition to the school since the last reunion in 2019, particular highlights. The Sports Centre, which is not quite completed, could be viewed from the outside.
Frances Andrew, Chair of the TOGA committee warmly welcomed all the alumnae to the reunion and thanked the committee for their hard work in putting on the event. The main news since the last reunion is the merger of the Old Girls Association with the school. Development Manager, Naia Edwards, expressed the school’s commitment to the alumnae community and encouraged everyone to visit the new website Tiffin Girls Together and sign up to the alumnae group.
The musicians then led the alumnae in a stirring rendition of the School Song joined by the current students; the perfect example of Tiffin Girls Together.
